The final song for the manga is up! I spent the afternoon creating this beat with a good workout in mind. I will play this song while I run. I know the tracks still need to be remastered, but if you have an Apple, it sounds fine LOL. Don’t worry, next years’ album will be even better and have more lyrics.
The theme of Let’s Go is rock inspired by my recent dreams of old musicians I used to listen to. Lately, I keep dreaming of being in concert halls similar to Emo Nights but in a better stadium. It’s a lot of fun walking around and seeing a bunch of strangers enjoying the music of unknown bands. But the dream had many people walking out on these performers. One of them was Hailey from Paramore. I felt a bit sad for her as I observed the line of people leaving the dark room.
Another dream took place in an airport. There was a room that had a montage for Dia Frampton. The Meg&Dia band was laying on the couch next to me. I had to save space for Dia and she was so happy to watch the slideshow. It was so bittersweet.
I had a lot of time to reflect on what it is like to be a musician during the pandemic. It must be really hard because there are no shows or tours. I’ve been listening to a lot of random songs from Labrinth, Chloe& Hale, and of course BTS. I tried to sing with Lewis Capaldi on Smule, but he just made me realize how my voice is just not made for singing lol. But, that’s not gonna stop me from creating more beats when I’m bored in isolation partying with myself Haha😝.
