I just read this extremely interesting article about helminths possibly being good for the immune system and I’d like to say *** NO! If that’s the case, the people in south East Asia would survive COVID. And for those who thought the summer months could beat COVID is also in denial, careless or haven’t been doing enough research.
I used to practice social distancing from a very young age to prevent illness and basically I was the weirdo who carried everything in my backpack in case there was a natural disaster. It took several years for me to learn that I was in over my head and that some things cannot be prevented. We cannot prepare for what’s to come but at least we were warned months ahead. Would you rather know the future outcome or just wait for it to happen? “I find bliss in ignorance” and would just “let it be” because I like to go with the flow. I’m ready to take any leap because I have nothing to lose and nothing to gain.
I found the article above from the comments section in the video below. I’ve been doing more research tonight because I found a stubborn lipoma in my left leg which is giving me the creeps. I’m going to have a hard time falling asleep tonight. My stomach is bloated and my limbs feel like mush. No matter how much I stretch, my back is still numb. I will try to do yoga tomorrow.
